Holistic Health Consultant, Maggie Lane, is an advocate of a balanced lifestyle, one filled with health and happiness. She is passionate about helping others find their own unique path or ‘lane’ to travel, fitted perfectly to their own definition of health, fitness, wellness and happiness.
As Maggie has been an athlete her entire life as an international elite gymnast and NCAA division I swimmer and spring board diver, health, wellness and fitness is a quintessential part of her lifestyle, purpose and mission. From golf, tennis, tango, field hockey and even crossfit, Maggie has had extensive exposure to a variety of sports and at a very high level. Currently, she is a nationally qualified E Class bikini bodybuilder preparing to compete in the fall of 2019.
With undergraduate degrees and a masters degree in the arts and languages, Maggie’s fitness educational qualifications include: NASM, AFAA, NAFC, NCSF and more. Working for several fitness certification companies such as AFAA and NAFC, she has helped create certifications for clients while also teaching many budding fitness professionals the “how-to’s” behind training. Maggie is now qualified as a Master Trainer for life with her ASFA certification. She has also further expanded her knowledge and practices from fitness to include holistic health practices such as pranayama breathing, vinyasa yoga, holistic health & nutrition and a vast array of other certifications (USA Gymnastics RYT 200, and Holistic Health Remedies etc.). She clearly strives to help others live their ultimate and optimal life through the mind, body and soul.
It does not stop there as Maggie has extensive work in the fitness arena not only behind the scenes but she also has on camera experience. Maggie is a Beachbody 21 Day Fix Cast Member alongside hostess, Autumn Calabrese. As a former Diamond Beachbody Coach featured as their nutritionist expert, Maggie hosts several online video for national and international Beachbody aficionados. Also with Beachbody, she is featured in the Beachbody BodyBeast commercials. Maggie is also a fitness hostess for AFAA. She is one of their featured Biggest Loser Live Pro hostesses, leading workouts for the beginner, intermediate and advanced with band work, weights and yoga. Maggie is also a featured fitness hostess with Grokker where she takes the client through workouts ranging from 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute workouts.
Currently, she is working with FitSlice and the Instagram account of How2MealPrep with over 3 Million followers. There, she conducts IG LIVE talks and question and answer sessions about nutrition, health, wellness, and of course meal prepping, to clients from all over the world, totaling over 10,000 people each live. Maggie is looking forward to working with clients in the How2MealPrep Consulting Program soon!
Coaching people all over the world, she utilizes her knowledge in nutrition, alternative holistic health and wellness practices such as yoga and meditation to improve the lives of others, lowering stress and optimizing health & happiness of clientele. She is also a language aficionado, speaking Spanish, Italian and conversational in German and French. She loves to continually learn and grow, as is in the midst of the re-certification process with her Nutrition and Personal Training certifications. And in the fall, Maggie will be pursuing her second masters in Holistic Nutrition. It is clear that she is passionate about health, fitness and wellness not only for herself but the sake of others as well. Maggie’s knowledge and passion continues to grow and flourish and she hopes to help and inspire others to do the same!
