It’s time to get your sweat on! Introducing our first 30 Day Lean Challenge/Program! This challenge consists of 30 different workouts. One workout per day with zero weights required. You could also incorporate weights if you like to increase the intensity, but I don’t think you’ll need to!
This program was designed for those with busy schedules that can’t always make it to those stressful crowded gyms! You can do this challenge anywhere! But leave room for some running space if you can! I’m so excited to launch this, and can’t wait to see your bodies start to transform!
